this is my new favorite flower: gumbo primrose: they only bloom once, @ evening, for about 8 hours, so that the sphinx moth can pollinate them: then they die

usually they are very hard to find: i've only seen a few on the east side of the front: here, b. grows them

I know why this is for P A-K! Because she is not in Montana and wants to be dead! And it is not such a big deal to want to be dead! She would fall likewise, as a very heavy leaf.

And another reason is this:

You told her about the sound prairie grass made as it was tilled. You told her when you were both a little soft in the liver and about to ride bulls. You told her that the grass made a primal wailing sound that shook the earth because the root system for said grass extended for miles and miles, and was strong. It takes such strength to remain unfazed in raking wind. Anyhow,

I have searched and searched for that sound or references to that sound and all I come up with is a nervous exchange in the foyer of a grand hotel right before cigarettes are lit.

What you presented is that sound?

Have you read Independent People by Halldor Laxness? If not, it is time.

Thank you x1000 Thules.
